Compression Therapy

Support-1.jpg

Compression therapy uses compressed air to provide a deep, targeted massage for your legs over 20mins. Compression increases blood flow and lymphatic drainage.

Compression therapy allows increased delivery of nutrients to your muscles and removes waste products such as lactic acid; these are both considered vital in active recovery. Your legs are inserted into sleeves that are systemically inflated to compress your muscles, mimicking natural blood flow. The compression system pulses to squeeze pain-causing fluids and lactic acid out of the area. The patient is then replenished with fresh blood, stimulating recovery.
